[Evergreen Broadacres]

        Dear Residents,

The President spoke last night and mentioned the EVDS system for vaccines.  (Electronic Vaccine Data system.)

This is an on-line portal for registration to receive the vaccine. ( phase one role out for COVID-19 vaccines to Health Care Workers)
Please familiarize yourselves, as health care workers would need to do self-registration as soon as the portal is open,- this would be advertised by DOH through radio, tv and social media.

Attached is a brochure with some details and examples of what this portal is going to look like.

How the 2nd phase would roll out, is still unknown.
