[Evergreen Broadacres]

        DEAR RESIDENTS,

The Slaughter's daughters is clearing out the house and is looking to sell the couch if anyone is interested in buying it.

I have put photos below
The first photo is how it can look with lovely cushions etc ,
Its in a good condition only 2 years old ( it has a candle wax stain obviously from load shedding which im sure can be easily removed )
It was custom made for this one bedroomed unit , its  nice and  firm so that you wont sink into it and be unable to stand up
We are hoping to get R3500.00 for it , people are welcome to come and view it tomorrow from 08h30 ( unit 40 )
