Dear Residents,

Thank you for your patience with regards to this highly anticipated e-mail to clarify what Level - 3 of the National Lockdown would look like for everyone in the Broad Acres Village. It has really taken quite some time to interpret and formulate a workable and sensible interpretation of the new regulations as changes just keep rolling in. We do expect more changes to be shared by the government as we move into June.

Every single one of the points noted were considered in a best and worst case scenario and the effect all scenarios will have on the village as a whole. I am positive about the regulations set out and believe that it will allow for much needed relief from the current restrictions. I would like you to note that I tried to word all points so that interpretation is clear as to what would be left to each residents discretion and trust relationship between village management and residents and which by governance or health and safety reasons are unfortunately not left for any interpretation.

I am also sorry for some points that might continue any frustrations for some of residents that expected that more regulations would be lifted. With all focus being on the health and safety of all residents and team members some regulations can sadly just not be lifted as yet with a clear conscience.

We are all in this together! I am happy to discuss any points on a case by case basis as I do believe every resident will have specific needs and an umbrella response will never cover all the angles that needs considering.
