Covid19 - Residents in Isolation/ Residents Recovery/ Resident passing away

It is with great sadness that we inform you that Kevin Morgan (#125) passed away late on 22 December 2020 after testing positive for COVID-19 on the 18th Of December 2020.
Our thoughts go out to Felicity and her 3 daughters during this difficult time.   Felicity will be out of isolation from tomorrow 29 December 2020.
Lesley and Gunter Veiz (#124) as well as Henning and Felicity Brandt (#122) will be coming out of self-isolation on Wednesday 30 December 2020.
It is a stark reminder that Covid-19 is everywhere and we should take every precaution, we must be vigilant. Please ensure that you wear a three-ply cloth mask over your nose and mouth at all times when leaving your home; wash your hands and sanitise every hour on the hour; practice social distancing of at least two meters.

We would again like to reiterate to all residents to please alert the Village Manager as soon as you experience any COVID-19 symptoms, such as a sore throat; a fever or increased temperature; a dry cough; body aches; or shortness of breath; loss of taste and/or smell. If you suspect that you have coronavirus symptoms, please call the Frail Care or reception for assistance - please do not come to the clubhouse. It is vital that you report to Village Management as soon as you are not feeling well and that you isolate and do not socialise with other residents.

Furthermore, should you or any of your family go for a COVID-19 test, we request that you inform us immediately. Please do not let them visit you until they receive a negative result and we have been informed.
