Cape drought update: Saving water is still the only way to defeat Day Zero

Please read the attached newsletter from the DA.

Note that:

1. We do not support any particular political party, however we are forwarding the DA's latest newsletter because it contains interesting and informative information.

2. The key issue raised in this newsletter is that all households are compelled to limit their water usage to 50 litres per person with effect from 01 February 2018.  The definition of the number of residents per household is limited to those people who permanently live in the household, visitors have to be accommodated within your own daily allowance. The municipality will and is currently placing water limiting devices onto the water supply of those households who are abusing their daily water usage. Please limit your daily use of water to 50 litres per person.
