It gives me pleasure to announce that the PSG Group has purchased a 50% stake in Evergreen Retirement Holdings, as outlined in the attached press release. I believe that this is extremely positive news for both our residents and staff. I will not elaborate further as the pertinent details are covered in the press release.

Please note that this transaction will not change the staffing or operations of your Evergreen Village nor the terms and conditions of your Life Right, which remains sacrosanct.

With the Amdec Group and the PSG Group behind us I am confident that Evergreen will be able to provide you with the level of service and care you deserve.
