Hello All,

MOVIE NIGHT, THURSDAY 11 MAY @ 6:00 PM
Sue and I extend our grateful thanks to Isabel and Kathy for organising movies and keeping the
usual social activities running smoothly while we were away.  We know they have done a great job.
Tomorrow evening, on a light note, we're showing "The Birdcage" which is an old favourite and listed
as one of the best comedies ever made.  It stars the late Robin Williams and Gene Hackman.

THEATRE  :  PIETER TOERIEN'S ANNUAL BLOCKBUSTER
This year the Teatro will be bringing Andrew Lloyd Webber's hit "Evita" starting on 14 October and running to
the end of November.  Discounted tickets at R175,00 each are offered on Tuesday nights at 8:00 pm or on
Sundays at 5:30 pm for groups of 20 or more.  We will need to book within the next week so if you are
interested in going please let either Sue (Ext 171) or Jean (Ext 158) know.  Please note that if you request
a booking and subsequently are unable to go, we will ask you to find someone to take your ticket/s as
we are responsible for the payment.
