<p class="MsoNormal">I would like to reshare a few key points with regards to the use of your Telecare units.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<ul style="margin-top:0cm" type="disc">
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">Please test your Telecare units as well as your remote pendant on a regular basis. We recommend once a month.
<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">In an emergency, remember to only press the RED button once and the wait for a response.
<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">Pressing the button a second time will cancel the call.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">Do not pick attempt to use your internal phone after you pressed the red button or while you are on a call to the operator through the Telecare unit. Both the telephone and the Telecare
unit makes use of the same line. <o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">If you have been away, kindly press the blue button on your Telecare unit to reactivate your morning calls on your return to the village and test to ensure it is active.
<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">Should your Telecare unit not work as noted in the above points please urgently report it to reception.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
