<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Please be reminded that you have access to onsite support from the Evergreen team from 7am until 9pm during the week and 7am until 5pm on weekends. Sending whatsapp

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">messages to team members who are not on duty only delays us in assisting you. For any after hour emergencies we remain available as per the notice. Please do not feel that

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">you do not want to disturb us after hours. We are here and willing to assist any resident in need no matter what time of night it is.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Please keep all other non-emergency communication to the same channels as we do not have the same access to information and resources that the onsite team members will have.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Also please be reminded of how the Telecare system works and to test in regularly. Your remote emergency pendant cannot be of any use when stored out of reach. These pendants

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">must also be tested and if you need any assistance in hanging or mounting these in an easily accessible spot in your unit, please contact reception.
