<p class="MsoNormal">Although all parts of the borehole and irrigation system were repaired and upgraded to store over 10000liters of water more

<p class="MsoNormal">than before, the continuous over consumption is not allowing the system to get to the point where the water in the storage tanks
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">can cope with the individual resident tanks that get filled during the day and the common area irrigation that runs over night.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The unfortunate breakdown during an extremely warm and dry time of the year understandingly forces everyone to irrigate
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">their gardens more than usual. It does however not mean that system is failing. The system was designed and set to balance
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">the consumption of the irrigation and still fill the tanks. It will however not do so if the consumption changes drastically.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Upon inspection we have found multiple tanks overflowing but it was never reported, wasting valuable water. We also found
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">unrecorded alterations to some tanks causing a change in the consumption in that specific zone. We now have no choice but
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">to get the installer of these individual connections out to conduct a full audit of each installation.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Please understand that the above-mentioned problems affect the entire village and that it is impossible to maintain and manage
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">our irrigation system without your support. We have again turned all irrigation and filling of individual tanks off to allow the
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">reserve tanks to fill up. If they are full by tomorrow morning, the tank filling cycle will be followed from 9am tomorrow as
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">per the schedule and the common area irrigation cycle from tomorrow night.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Over consumption will unfortunately cause a repeat of this process. I trust that we can count on everyone’s support.<o:p></o:p></p>
