At the AGM, almost 4 months ago your Rescom and Village Management asked you to tell us your top 3 priority items to be fixed or made to work better, which if dealt with will enhance your overall happiness and comfort in our village.<br>

Many residents took up the offer and a comprehensive report was created, and your latest updated copy is attached.<br>
<br>
You will see that many of those issues have indeed been dealt with, unfortunately not all have, and these will now be the focus of attention. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><br>
As one would expect in real life, new problems arose and were added to the key issues list, but Rescom and Village Management realised that if we carried on doing so, the purpose of the original exercise would be never ending. Therefore, no new issues will
be added to the key issues report.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The fact is that many of the concerns which residents had at the AGM have been settled, with two notable exceptions;<o:p></o:p></p>

Health Care and access to home care: and we expect Evergreen Health to bring you some new and good news on that front in the next week.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">
Refurbishing the clubhouse: is now scheduled to start in January 2023. Unfortunately, the Clubhouse is designated "Heritage Worthy" and approval has not yet been received from Cape Town municipality for the affected alterations, although the staff quarters
on the 1st floor will be completed this year. It has been agreed that rather than risking a delay by the municipality causing the Clubhouse to be unusable over the Christmas and New Year period, it will be prudent to defer the start of building operations.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
