<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">This Practice Number was issued after Muizenberg Care Centre was awarded a Sub-Acute License by The National Department of Health in November 2021.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">Sub-Acute Care is an in-patient programme for patients who have suffered an Acute event as a result of an illness, injury or disease, have a determined course of treatment and
who do not require intensive diagnostic and/or invasive medical procedures.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">Our Muizenberg Care Centre Sub-Acute practice number enables us to gain authorization for admission from your Medical Aid resulting in payment by the medical aid.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">Muizenberg Sub-Acute Facility provides personal nursing care on a Multidisciplinary level which includes the following:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
