<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Following the e-mail communication sent out earlier this week, the Department of Co-Operative Governance and Traditional Affairs published the Regulations under
Level 2 of the National Lockdown declared in terms of the Disaster Management Act 57 of 2002.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<b>Section 58</b> the said Regulations, visits by members of the public to older persons’ facilities remain prohibited – see below extract in this regard:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
