<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Arial, sans-serif" size="3">It has been a long and grueling lockdown period since President Rhamaphosa announced the plan to contain the spread of the global Coronavirus COVID-19. With the recent announcement of a “risk adjusted”
approach to a phased reopening the economy, we have now moved to Level 4.</font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Arial, sans-serif" size="3">As we start to settle into our new “business unusual” way of life, we need to be more realistic about the fact that this is very likely to remain for a few months. Some forms of restrictions may be
in place until August/September or later this year. Being part of a more vulnerable community during this period, means that we will have to apply a different set of norms for appointments, shopping, exercise and socialising, to name a few. With this in mind
we outline a few suggestions for your consideration.</font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Arial, sans-serif" size="3">On-Line Shopping - The Amdec and Evergreen head office staff that have been helping us by collecting their hopping from Pick n Pay and delivering grocery items for our residents have returned to work
and we can no longer be able to rely on them for assistance. It is therefore very important that we plan our shopping in advance and become more comfortable with on-line deliveries from retailers, chemists and other basic suppliers. Please note that there
will be delays when you place your orders online and pay by credit card or EFT.</font></p>
