Join us for a interactive workshop on the The Conversation Project. It is dedicated to helping people talk about their wishes for end-of-life care. It’s time to transform the culture to shift from not talking about dying to talking about it.

<div> It’s time to share the way you want to live at the end of your life, deciding what’s important for you and your loved ones. It’s time to communicate about the kind of care you want and don’t want for yourself. The place for this to begin is right now
— not in the intensive care unit — with the people you love, before it’s too late. <span style="font-size: 10pt;">Together difficult conversations can be made easier. You can make sure that your own wishes and those of your loved ones are expressed and respected. </span></div>
