mentioned last week, there will be a lot of activity in the village in order to prepare Phase 4 for occupation. The “redbrick” vibracrete wall will be removed on Wednesday, 14 November in order for paving/roads to be completed. In addition, streetlights will
be added, visitors parking bays will be completed, landscaping will be done. We respectfully request that our residents do not try to gain access to the new development yet, please remember that it is still a building site and there are health and safety rules
and regulations in place. (A guard will be posted at the access point). Once the contractors are off-site at the end of November and phase 4 has been handed back to us, we will arrange a walk-about for residents. Please be patient and we apologise for any
inconvenience.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
