wine gravy served with horseradish and assorted mustards; Classic Roast Chicken with lemon and herb stuffing served with roast potatoes, carrots with Maple syrup & pecans, caramelised onions and peas and Brussel sprouts followed by a traditional dessert ,
coffee/tea. Please bring a wrapped gift to the value of R50.00 for a woman or man to hand out as a Secret Santa gift to a fellow resident for some Yuletide cheer. Please book and pay for dinner with Mandy at reception on Ext 300 by no later than 12-noon on
Monday, 23 July for catering purposes. No late bookings will be accepted. No-shows or cancellations after this date will have to be charged.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

in the village <u>must</u> sign in with security. This is also for our health & safety protocols in the event of an emergency or fire. We appreciate your assistance and co-operation in this matter.

the area on your arrival at the gate. Please also remember that you are able to call the security guardhouse’s cell phone number 072 859 2143 or the village landline 021 713 7860 after hours, to alert them of your return. This will allow the guards to open
up the security gate for quick access to the village. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
