<u>hosepipe fitted with an automatic closing device</u>. The exemption from the water restrictions has been granted on condition that, where possible, water saving must be promoted and practiced. It also does not mean that residents are exempt from any increases
in water and sanitation tariffs that the City of Cape Town may introduce.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
