internal maintenance is the residents’ responsibility and includes ceilings, wall and floor coverings, doors and windows, lighting, cooking, heating, cooling, geyser, plumbing, air-conditioning and any other fixtures, fittings and furnishings in the home.
Our internal team can be allocated to in-house maintenance and they will be charged out at R100 per half hour or part thereof and R180 per hour. This will be added to your levy account.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
