Dear Resident,
The second dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be administered to our residents and support staff at Evergreen Bergvliet on Thursday, 15 July 2021. SN Zuko Mkalipi will be contacting all residents to confirm your appointment time. The vaccination process will take place in the Sonnenhof Clubhouse.
Please note the following

-          If you have been infected with the Covid-19 virus after your first vaccination, you must wait 30 days from the end date of isolation before you can get vaccinated.

-          If you are currently in quarantine because of exposure to someone with the Covid-19 virus, you should wait until you have completed your quarantine period before you are vaccinated.

-          If you have Covid-19 virus symptoms on the day of your vaccination you will be referred for a test and the vaccination will be rescheduled.


Please bring your ID book and your cellphone with you.
